Help Conserve Blue Moon Berry Farm

Blue Moon Berry Farm, perched on Waldron Hill in Warner, has been in continuous operation as a u-pick berry farm since the 1960s. It is a treasured local resource, well-known and loved by residents and surrounding communities (visit their Facebook page).

This Five Rivers project will conserve 109 acres, including approximately 5 acres of highbush blueberry, 7.5 acres of other crop and hay fields and agricultural buildings, and 90 acres of mixed hardwood forest and headwater streams.

We have secured approximately 90% of the funding required to purchase a conservation easement on the property, including a generous offer by landowners Jan Gugliotti and Barbara Dieckman to donate a portion of the easement’s value. Thanks to financial support from our partners at the New Hampshire Land and Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP), the Warner Conservation Commission, and the NH Farm Future Fund, funding for this project is nearly complete. Please help us cross the finish line for Blue Moon Berry Farm and protect this local treasure from future development!

Thanks to a $2,500 matching gift from an anonymous donor, your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar while funds last.
