In the fall of 2008 Joanie started a career in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker J. Hampe Associates. She especially enjoys working with buyers to find their first, second or forever home. As a Seller’s agent she has helped many clients in the greater Concord area. Joanie is active member of the Sunapee Regional Board of Realtors, including president in 2018 & 2019. She has served at NH Association of Realtors on numerous committees including public policy, communications and is on the executive committee including a path to the 2024 presidency.
Joanie and her husband Mark currently live in Concord and are most proud of their three handsome sons and their ever growing family, including three lovely daughter-in-laws and four wonderful granddaughters. When she’s not working with clients she enjoys running, skiing, knitting and reading.
