Five Rivers has a deep commitment to the lands that make New Hampshire’s capital region special.
Over the years, we have conserved nearly 6,000 acres across 87 properties in 17 towns. We are working now to conserve another 450 acres of productive farmland, forest, water resources, and public recreation opportunities, and we have many more worthwhile projects in our queue!
