      The Five Rivers
The Merrimack, Contoocook, Blackwater, Warner and Soucook Rivers converge in an area of river bottom farmland and rolling hills that defines Five Rivers’ service area.

Five Rivers Conservation Trust conserves local farms, recreation lands, and the landscape around us in partnership with landowners and local communities. The greater Capitol Region is filled with picturesque country villages and a delightful mix of fields and forests, farms and wetlands, and other special places. Through conservation easements and other means, Five Rivers is doing its part as an active land trust to help keep those places intact for future generations.
