Don Brueggemann
Concord, NH

Don grew up in Pembroke and has lived in the Concord area for more than 50 years. He attended Oberlin College and graduated with a B.A. in history. Don was a founding board member and manager in the early days of the Concord Food Co-op. He was also a three-term member of the NH Legislature in the 2000s, where as vice-chair of the Resource, Recreation & Development committee he focused on shoreline protection.

Don lives in the South End of Concord with his wife, Marjorie, and black lab mix, Zane. He is fortunate to live next door to his daughter, son-in-law and 2 grand dogs. Don is recently retired from a 30-year stint managing Bagel Works/The Works Café. He occupies his time with long-deferred home projects, gardening and, of course a daily dog walk at Swope.
