Kelly is a transplant to New Hampshire, born and raised in Boulder, CO. She moved here full time 5 years ago and had already fallen in love with New Hampshire’s plentiful opportunities for outdoor recreation and its beautiful landscape. In her free time, Kelly enjoys walking with her Mini Aussie, Pete, and participating in agility. Kelly also enjoys biking, skiing, and maintaining her downtown Concord home.
Kelly is the Director of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs for Clean Energy NH, where she represents the organization and its members in legislative matters at the State House. Previously, Kelly was the Advocacy Program Coordinator at NH LAKES, where she specialized in government relations and research. Kelly has a BA in Environmental Studies with a minor in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
