Ponding at Turtle Pond in Concord on June 7
Explore Turtle Pond at the Potter Farm, a Five Rivers-conserved property
Sunday, June 7, 2:00-3:30pm
All ages, 25 participants maximum
Location: Turtle Pond, Concord
Join Five Rivers and Linden Rayton of Living Water Nature Programs for a summer outing to Turtle Pond, where we will get up close with aquatic residents by fishing from the shore with nets! We’ll be looking for frogs, tadpoles, diving beetles, dragonfly nymphs and maybe even some turtles.
Linden will have nets to use but kids are welcome to bring their own. Rain boots for wading strongly recommended.
This program is rain or shine but will be canceled for freezing/heavy rain or hazardous weather.
Linden Rayton is the owner and educator of Living Water Nature Programs, LLC.
